This feature class represents a comprehensive, spatially referenced collection of parcel geometries as recognized by local-level governments within the State of Wisconsin (the feature class is aggregated from county level and municipal-level data). Wisconsin Statewide Parcel Layer Version 3.0.0 (V3.0.0) The layer was created as the final deliverable to the V3 Parcel Project, which is the tertiary development cycle of the Statewide Parcel Map Initiative.
