The dataset was originally published by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services on September 11, 2019.[This dataset contains locations and attributes of nursing homes licensed by the state of Wisconsin. The data is used for planning, management and analysis by Wisconsin Department of Health Services staff and by other government agencies.
