- This line data layer represents roads for Portage County, Wisconsin at year-end 2016. It is a feature clss within the geodatabase, Portage_Roads_YE2016.gdb. Also included in this geodatabase is the right of way layer 'PORTAGE_ROW_YE2016'.[The Centerline data set is a vector representation of center of pavement in the County of Portage, Wisconsin. The centerlines are digitized from 1:12000 digital orthophotography or entered by coordinate geometry.]

- This layer is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data.
