- This data represents roads for Jackson County, Wisconsin in 2025. [This digital geospatial dataset represents all public and private roads in Jackson County, Wisconsin, with attributes standardized in accordance to the NENA Standard for NG9-1-1 GIS Data Model (NENA-STA-006.1-2018). Some additional features include alleys, ATV trails, campground roads, county forest roads, hiking trails, driveways, easements, parking lots, and service roads.]
- Purpose
- This data is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data. [This dataset is a geospatial representation of road centerlines in Jackson County, Wisconsin. The primary purpose of this dataset is to assist the Jackson County Public-Safety Answering Point (PSAP) with 911 emergency dispatching, as well as aid emergency response agencies, which service the Jackson County area. Secondarily, this dataset was generated to support and assist local, state, and federal governmental agencies in planning and development activities.]
